Class Schedule

Please ensure you are registering for the correct class, as it is the student’s responsibility to select the appropriate class.

This class is intended for students who do not currently hold a valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) card or whose card has already expired.

If your AHA BLS card is still valid, you should register for the Basic Life Support Renewal course instead.

Please note: This course does not include First Aid instruction. If you require First Aid certification, you must enroll in a Heartsaver course, which provides CPR, AED, and First Aid training. The Heartsaver course is designed for the layperson, not healthcare professionals.

This course is intended only for students who currently hold a valid (non-expired) American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) card and are nearing its expiration.

If your AHA BLS card is expired or you do not currently hold a valid card, you must register for the Basic Life Support Initial class instead.

This class does not include First Aid instruction. If you require First Aid certification, please register for a Heartsaver course, which includes both CPR/AED and First Aid training for the lay person, not Healthcare Professionals.

This 6-hour, interactive training will provide the tools to teach American Heart Association BLS and/or Heartsaver classes according to the 2025 AHA current guidelines and science.

The CPR Instructor Training includes: 

• The 6 Hour Training Course to prepare you to become a CPR Instructor 
• Your CPR Instructor eManual 
• Your CPR Essentials Online Learning Course 
• Our Training Center Faculty Member to help answer questions and observe your first CPR Class 
• Your CPR Instructor Certification Card

You will be receiving a new instructor packet via docusign, that needs to be completed no less than 3 days prior to class.

Instructors will be reponsible for purchasing/obtaining their own CPR Equipment including CPR Manikins, AED Trainers, Pocket Masks, Bag Valve Masks, Student Manuals and eCards. You will be an independant instructor aligned with our training center for support.
